Hello! Welcome to The Official Sierra Sapunar Homepage. At the 1997 US Championships Sierra caputured the silver medal in the Junior Womens All-Around. Sierra is one of the rising stars from Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy. Sierra is currently ranked 3rd on the Senior International National Team. So far this season Sierra has had great success and we wish her the best of luck in the future!
